I weigh 173.5 lbs., am 5'10", and would say I have a slightly less than average body build. I'm at a healthy weight and body fat % (approximately 20%) for my height and age, but I want to be healthier and be more toned so I'm happier with how I look.

Anyways, I'm starting out working out tomorrow, and my goal is to run in the morning (start at 1 to 1 1/2 miles), and at night finish my day with weight training/toning exercises. I also had a lot of knee problems last year (almost tore my ACL in a floor hockey incident), so I'm going to start doing my physical therapy again so it doesn't happen again.
Well, I'll update with more information as I go, and hopefully I'll finally go through with this!
